The production machining is preformed by using CNC, cam-controlled automatic lathes machines. Our in-house capabilities include grinding, drilling, milling and thread rolling. In addition to our core machining capabilities, we provide added services, such as stamping, assembly, packaging, management of heat treating and plating operations, stocking and engineering.

Our products’ precision has been controlled less than0.003mm. We can produce complex machined parts form Stainless Steel, Steel, Brass, Aluminum and alloy materials. For turned machining, with all the manufacture and test apparatus are imported fromSwitzerland,Japan andTaiwan.

AMOS is capable of advanced precision super speed progressive processing and precision inspection, form which AMOS has been enjoying trust and praise in this industry.

From bar stock to finished product, each component can be traced to the original heat number. If a failure were to occur in testing or service, our trace ability system will track the part all the way back to the raw material melting.
